A couple of weeks ago, I watched You Don’t Know Jack, a movie about the life of Dr. Jack Kevorkian. One scene really resonated with me: Jack, portrayed by Al Pacino, is passionately defending himself to his friend, and he says, “I don’t care what happens to me and I’m not afraid because I’m right.”
It can be such an amazing feeling when you feel confident that you are moving in the right direction and making the correct choices for you. I strongly believe in signs: “spiritually interesting coincidences” that come our way on a regular basis to encourage us along our paths. I think many people tend to overlook these signs or simply chalk them up to good/bad luck, but I believe failing to view them for what they truly are is such a missed opportunity.
I’m no expert, but I say pursue wholeheartedly the things that make you feel good. Surround yourself with things and people that help to get you where you’re going. Just for a while, try and be more conscious of the positive signs that life is sending your way.
